Well, hello there! My name is Aqueenah and I was born and bred in Oakland, CA. I’ve been an artist all my life, but I was inspired to pick up a camera a few years ago to document my own family story.

My family and I were extremely close while I was growing up. It’s the love from my family that has made me the woman I am today. My grandmother’s house was always filled with hundreds of photos on the walls, mantle and in albums that documented our love and legacy over the years. My goal is to provide the same for you and your family. I want to document your family love and help tell your family story, as it is now.
